Anschliessend wäre ein Wohnungstausch (165 m2 plus Garten) möglich innerhalb von Birmensdorf.Das Einfamilienhaus eignet sich für eine Familie mit einem Kind oder 2 kleinen Kindern. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer plus eine offene Küche mit offenem Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Beachten Sie den beiliegenden Grundriss mit Angaben zur Grösse der Zimmer (zwischen 13 und 16 Quadratmetern). Das Haus wurde 1960 erstellt und 2003 sehr schön renoviert. 2017 wurde eine Luft-Wärmepumpe installiert und 2019 ein neues Dach mit Solaranlage erstellt. Ein Elektroauto kann mit Solarstrom aufgeladen werden.Im OG befinden sich Küche, Bad, Ess- und Wohnzimmer plus ein Schlafzimmer.
