Just 50 meters away, you have a Migros and a local market. The bus 21 stops right in front of the house, and the M1 is just 400 meters away. Both can take you in five minutes to both the EPFL-UNIL campus and the Renens Train Station. It's in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The building is new, and the apartment has been newly refurnished. It features two bedrooms, one long balcony, a bathroom, and a large kitchen with an even larger living room area. It includes a large parking space in the price of the apartment, which is around 2,280 CHF. The parking is interior, and apart from the internal parking space, there is also an external parking area for you and your visitors. If you do not want the parking space, you can request the real estate agency to reduce your rent. It's perfect for students, as well as families. It has a large cellar in the basement, and all the appliances in the house are new (washing machine, oven, etc.). I will be leaving around the end of March or the beginning of April. We're open to discussion about the dates, and of course, this is in discussion with the real estate agency too. All the furniture that you see in the photos is new, and we're open to selling it. Il comprend une grande place de parking dans le prix de l'appartement, qui est d'environ 2'280 CHF. Le parking est interne, et à part la place de parking interne, il y a aussi une aire de stationnement externe pour vous et vos visiteurs. Si vous ne voulez pas de la place de parking, vous pouvez demander à l'agence immobilière de réduire votre loyer(si possible). C'est parfait pour les étudiants, ainsi que pour les familles. Il dispose d'une grande cave au sous-sol, et tous les appareils dans la maison sont neufs (machine à laver, four, frigo etc.). Je partirai vers la fin du mois de mars ou le début d'avril.
