Das historische Engadiner Bauernhaus wurde 2012/2013 vom Architekten Hans-Jörg Ruch vollständig renoviert und auf die heutigen gehobenen Bedürfnisse angepasst. Dabei wurden Bauteile aus dem 15./17. und 18. Jahrhundert übernommen.Die Bereiche vom Sulèr (Eingangsraum) und Palantschin (Dachstock) stammen aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Das heutige Volumen erhielt das Haus wahrscheinlich im 18. Jahrhundert, als der Heustall angebaut und das Dach in einer einheitlichen Form über das Gesamtvolumen gebaut wurde.Im Hausinneren wurden die mittelalterlichen Teile sowie die Bauteile des 17. und 18. Jahrhunderts sorgfältig gereinigt oder restauriert. In einigen Räumen wurde Engadiner Mondholz von Arven und Lärchen verwendet. Auch die diversen massiven Holzböden sind aus Engadiner Lärchen-Mondholz.Von den 14 Wohnräumen sind 3 original getäferte Stüvas und 8 Schlafzimmer mit 7 Bädern.Ein Bauerngarten mit kleinem Sitzplatz befindet sich vor dem Haus.The historic Engadine farmhouse was completely renovated in 2012/2013 by architect Hans-Jörg Ruch and adapted to today's sophisticated needs. Alcune componenti risalgono al 15./17. e 18. secolo.L'area del Sulèr (sala d'ingresso) e del Palantschin (mansarda) risalgono al 17. secolo. La casa probabilmente ha assunto l'attuale volume, quando nel corso del 18. secolo fu aggiunto il fienile ed il tetto fu realizzato in forma uniforme su tutta la proprietà.All'interno della casa, le parti medievali così come le componenti del 17. e 18. secolo, sono state accuratamente pulite o restaurate. In alcune stanze è stato utilizzato legno di pini engadinesi e larici svizzeri. Anche i vari pavimenti in legno massello sono realizzati in legno di pini engadinesi.Delle 14 stanze fanno parte 3 Stüvas originali e 8 camere da letto con 7 bagni.Sul lato della casa troviamo il giardino ed i parcheggi.
